Incredible team, Eddy was so polite and professional on the phone booking me in and when they found a different issue with my car phoned me and talked me through different options and pricing. Upon my visit today on Tuesday 2nd July 2024. I popped into the Garage. Because i needed a new bulb for my headlight. I saw a Technician called Darren. Would you like to take a seat and i will fit you a new bulb. It did not take long and i paid him. Thanked him very much for his Excellent Customer Service and Welcome. It only cost me £ 15.00 pounds

Excellent service throughout, failed MOT due to a faulty suspension arm. Quoted me half the price of another garage and made the additional effort to squeeze me in on very short notice for the repair, as well as changing some lights over for me. 10/10 service. I did my service and MOT here today. They were very fast giving me the appointment at the time I wanted, very welcoming when I was there, and you can be sure that they will solve your car problems fastest and cheapest way. They do not try to fail you in MOT and ask for expensive fixes like some mechanics around.

💯 satisfied with the interim service provided for my Audi A1 1.6 Tdi.. I initially booked in for engine oil replacement, but they identified issues with the rear disk brakes and agreed to replace it on time with a reasonable price. Overall happy with their service and would surely visit again for my full service and MOT.

What a wonderful team. They keep our old cars running beautifully. Recently I had a sticky door lock. They checked all the locks, and there was no charge. We would never use another garage, and have been customers for many years.

I was last minute panicking, the fuse had gone in my wiper and I had a 100 mile drive to make. My mum told me to try here! The receptionist was lovely, welcoming and collared an engineer to speak to me. He took my keys and went off. I the waiting room, I got chatting to another lady, and she was there on a recommendation too, and we're both delighted with what we'd experienced. Their service was absolutely excellent from start to finish, they really have gone above and beyond. Long story short - broke down on a roundabout, called recovery and tried to source a local garage. D W Needham came recommended: I called them, and they assisted immediately, despite a backlog; within 10 minutes Jeff arrived unexpected to ensure I was safe, and to assess the Car. Recovered, arrived at the Garage, great handover. Car booked in for two weeks time. ✔️ Four (ish) hours later I receive a call “Your Car’s is sorted” Bloody brilliant! I picked it up the next morning, so pleased. I’ve had a great experience with this Garage, they were so pleasant to deal with, efficient, kind; really professional and trustworthy. A great garage and no mistake. Friday on the A1 my car had overheated and suffered electrical failure and I asked the car recovery fellow to leave it outside Needham's (near my mother's). Monday came and by lunchtime a message – 'the car is ready'. Needham's had replaced a crucial belt, checked components, recharged battery, road-tested it and all for a very reasonable price. Absolutely brilliant service, husband told me the wrong tyre size (misread) and they managed to get me back in within the same week. They also did my tracking and were super friendly. As a woman who goes through tyres every 6 months I have always got my husband to take the van to the shop because I have NEVER had a good experience. I will never use a different place for my tyres now!

I went here for my MOT as my usual garage doesn't have an MOT mechanic right now. I was recommended from people on Facebook. My MOT was completed after just a couple of hours and cost ~£50.

I can't recommend cartunes enough. Nigel was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for me. I had a problem with my exhaust and had to get my car sent by recovery from Stamford to Bourne. My car was booked in for Friday as they were busy but within a few hours of having my car they had fixed it. I was totally surprised and extremely pleased with the efficiency and speed of Cartunes. I rang up on the off chance, having had a mare with a new car I’d purchased just 7 days prior. The lady that answered was very helpful, and managed to squeeze me in after only 45 mins. The gents very quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and I was on my way in 40 mins, having not had to break the bank to pay! Great service, friendly, and helpful. Made a customer for life.
