A great garage and no mistake. Friday on the A1 my car had overheated and suffered electrical failure and I asked the car recovery fellow to leave it outside Needham's (near my mother's). Monday came and by lunchtime a message – 'the car is ready'. Needham's had replaced a crucial belt, checked components, recharged battery, road-tested it and all for a very reasonable price. Many thanks.

Really good service. I needed an MOT at very short notice (the morning I called) and these guys managed to see me that same morning. They turned the car around in 2 and a half hours and were very helpful. I would highly recommend. Thanks again.

Brilliant customer service - fitted us in for a very last minute repair just before they closed for Christmas. They even gave the car a quick check over to make sure there were no other problems.

Their service was absolutely excellent from start to finish, they really have gone above and beyond. Long story short - broke down on a roundabout, called recovery and tried to source a local garage. D W Needham came recommended: I called them, and they assisted immediately, despite a backlog; within 10 minutes Jeff arrived unexpected to ensure I was safe, and to assess the Car. Recovered, arrived at the Garage, great handover. Car booked in for two weeks time. ✔️ Four (ish) hours later I receive a call “Your Car’s is sorted” Bloody brilliant! I picked it up the next morning, so pleased. I’ve had a great experience with this Garage, they were so pleasant to deal with, efficient, kind; really professional and trustworthy.
