We first visited here 2 years ago - delighted to say nothing has changed a very friendly welcome when you arrive! Very near the mooring at Coronation Park. Food available at lunchtime, looks fabulous but we haven’t eaten here. Would happily recommend this canalside pub - children and dogs only at certain times, phone to check.

This is the most brilliant place to eat. The food is amazing all freshly cooked and fresh produce. Had the biggest Christmas dinner I have ever eaten. The landlord is the most amazing chef and host. Lovely staff. Lovely atmosphere.
Can't rate food as we havent eaten here yet. Lovely little pub, very nice friendly staff and atmosphere lively. Good place to go for a drink and a chat, in charming surrounding.
A short walk from the 🚂 station to this canal side 2024 entry into the Good Beer Guide. Down to a choice of 3 cask ales as the Park Life has just gone. They seem to like their cask well chilled here.
