Paramo Lounge is a lovely, cosy cafe at the heart of Solihull. It serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch, and the menu caters to various dietary requirements. The food portions are generous and always taste delicious. The inside of the Paramo Lounge is also absolutely beautiful 😍 There are paintings and artworks displayed throughout the Lounge, music is always playing, and it has a lovely, chilled out atmosphere. Near some of the tables are collections of children's toys and colouring pencils so young children can have fun and play whilst waiting for food. It's also a dog friendly place, as people bring their dogs inside too. The staff are always so friendly, smiling, and welcoming. I recommend having food at Paramo Lounge - great food, great service, great atmosphere!

After being let down by another lounge last minute that I had booked for a birthday gathering for my son. Paroma lounge went above and beyond to accommodate my 25+ guests. The food was fabulous. Doing exactly what I asked to make it a great spread. Chris the area manager was great too. His customer service was outstanding. Thank you so much Chris, Donna and all of your lovely staff.

Popped in on a Saturday for a quick snack and drink. Had walked past a number of times but hadn't gone in. Was much bigger inside than expected, plenty of seating. We visited around 4pm so found a table easily. Great decor inside and nice atmosphere. We used the QR code at the table without any issues. Service was prompt and pleasent Food was nice, we had 3 tapas dishes, the fritters would recommend. Overall a nice experience and will return

Without doubt the best around for some distance! Haven't found a better coffee yet. Always welcoming and accommodating, especially to my dog who goes in with me. Good food and cakes. Has become not only my go to with friends and family but to work from during the day also. Friday pizza night is also a winner! Highly recommend.

Very friendly environment, both my daughter's regularly visit and both say they found it 1st! Anyway, you are welcomed to a buzzing atmosphere ,with more seating now, as they've extended next door recently, so business is good. Food is well presented, quality excellent, and the service is over and above ( how it should be). Would highly recommend, but same us a seat please!

The Two Mugs is a cosy, friendly, welcoming and sunny local café, serving up all manner of tasty dishes, sweets and hot drinks. The staff were very considerate when making some accommodations for our daughter who has sensory issues. All the staff were super friendly and we loved our meals, which were well prepared and presented. A particular shout-out to the Iced Mocha Latte which was fantastic. The booths are very comfy and elevate the usual café seating options. Everything you want in a neighbourhood spot.

We have visited this Cafe many times now and we absolutely love it- if you are in Knowle, you must visit this place. The staff here are so welcoming and attentive, and very engaging with our young children which is lovely to see, and its great to see genuine beaming smiles. The food is of excellent quality, comes out hot and full of flavour. The decor is modern, contemporary, comfortable and clean. Overall its a pleasurable experience everytime we dine here and we are already looking forward to our next visit after visiting only this morning. Thank you Paul and team. See you again very soon.

Forever my favourite local cafe and kitchen. Paul, Hayley, Loren and the team make this place feel like home, and whether you live in the area or coming from away, you'll always be made to feel like that. As well as having the most photogenic and tasty food and drinks, for someone who always takes photos of that. Staff here are charming. Nyah (manager) has hospitality down to a tee. Kate is patient and charming. She's also very knowledgeable. The chef takes the time to carefully prepare and present gluten-free dishes. Thank you, guys.

It's been a while since I've been to a BTP and I'd forgotten how good they are. We had brunch and it was delicious. The order at your table via a QR code is super convenient. The service was fast and the staff provided service with a smile, thanking us as we left. I definitely won't be leaving it so long before I'm back for a stack of those delicious hash browns!

Cozy and welcoming coffee house with friendly service and a super nice waitress. The space is clean, including the toilets, and the second floor is perfect for relaxing or working. Coffee is reasonably priced, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the atmosphere is great whether you’re solo or on a coffee date. Highly recommend!

First time at this lovely place. I can't speak too highly of it. Nicollette was a lovely host and the cafe had a great atmosphere although we were a little loud I fear! The food was gorgeous! Loved by all and lots of it too which is always a bonus.

If you feel you need cheering up or just a chat then Happy Heart is the place to go. They serve freshly made food and yummy cakes and snacks. It’s very relaxed and the staff very friendly and supportive. There is community feeling of inclusiveness about it. There is also usually a jigsaw on the go to enjoy. There are regular evening events to enjoy. It’s not super smart but it’s comfortable and welcoming.

Simply loved the place.. So beautifully furnished, cosy vibes, excellent service and good food. Definitely recommend it.. Small thoughtful touches here and there just make the place exude with positivity!

Absolutely fantastic service staff were brilliant there was a delay with our food and instead of just letting us sit there and wonder what was going on we were informed and kept up to date and offered a free drink Food was worth the wait which actually wasn’t that long. This is a gorgeous hidden gem. The staff are lovely, providing great service and the food and coffee is amazing. I just want to try every single thing on the menu! Also the atmosphere is just INCREDIBLE! So relaxing and chill I very much look forward to coming back here.

Lovely place hidden in plain sight on the high street! The staff truly care about making their guests welcome and looking after everyone :) Excellent for a coffee and a cake, breakfast, brunch or lunch!

I still remember coming to this little place when it first opened many moons ago. The people were as lovely as I remember them to be and the food was spot on. The schnitzel was perfectly done and the chips were golden and crispy. The bratwurst roll was also amazing and a perfect afternoon snack. If you’re ever in the area, highly recommend checking out this hidden gem and give our local businesses a bit of extra support.

I’ve been many times and always raved about the curry sauce, having currywurst each time. This time, the usual was ordered with Wienerschnitzel and we shared. This definitely feels like what you need to do when you come here. The latter was better than any schitzel we’d recently had in Vienna, where it all began. In addition the owner indulged my pidgeon German. Obviously, we’ll be back. 👏👏👏

Really pleased with the service. The hamburger was so delicous and well cooked. The full english breakfast was also delicious and worth trying. A very clean and tidy place worth great customer service. Got to chose plenty of dishes from their varieties with great menus.

Food is amazing, pricey but worth it. Busy but friendly atmosphere. Nice staff. Remember to ask for a plate if eating in, as all orders seem to be prepared as take away. But will definitely visit again for a treat!

Delicious and totally not focused around a branded experience. Hot chocolate made from milk rather than instant. Lovely handmade pineapple cream cake. Worth every penny x
