Went here today as been once before. Ordered a sausage and tomato sandwich which was cooked fresh. Excellent food and lovely man who served me. Still great service, food and would definitely come here again in a heartbeat. I will make me this my new local if i fancy a fry up or hot sandwich.

Called in by chance on Sunday morning, Luke introduced himself and provided first class service and a first class breakfast, all cooked fresh, best breakfast I’ve had for a long time. Great value too. Give it a go you’ll love it 👍

Honestly wish I found this place earlier! Food was delicious and far better then any other place I've tried in the West Midlands! Service was great, we were served by the guy who I believe may be new but doing an amazing job!

So many flavours blending into each other perfectly😍 You can tell that there is great order between the staff members because there’s 0 stress on the customers🙏🏽

Omg.....I cannot find fault with this... I had a cup of tea (two-three lots from a cafeteria), scrambled eggs, 2 buttered sourdough slices, side of avocado, bit of salad, 2 sausages,2 hash browns and a ramakin of beans and my goodness, the eggs are SENSATIONAL. Perfectly buttery, not rubbery or too wet!!Everything perfectly cooked, piping hot, fresh and filling. (If you love hash browns, get two servings!!) It's a cute cafe, that do breakfasts, brunches and lunches and parking at the front and more behind the building. You won't be disappointed if you want a standard, delicious, hot breakfast.

Ten Steps Coffee popped up on my socials recently so after stalking their profile and watching their lovely funny videos just had to check it out. The food was absolutely delicious, the tastiest breakfast I’ve ever had. The coffee was banging 👌🏼 had the pumpkin spiced latte. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, wonderful place to relax and enjoy great food and coffee. Will be coming back again soon 😊

I've worked at the Waterfront for 18 months and never been in here until this week. I really fancied a cheese toasty for lunch and a colleague recommended coming here. I had a triple cheese toasty with nachos and chilli jam to take away and it was amazing! A great portion size and sooo tasty. It's a lovely coffee shop with a nice atmosphere and great service. I will definitely now be making more visits here when I'm in the office!

We had heard about Ten Steps but it is hidden away a little, but we found it eventually and we are so glad we did. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The food from a snack to a meal was really good. It was nice to have something a little bit different. We will definitely be back. Make the effort to find it, you won't be disappointed.

What to do for an alternative Hen party covering an age range 8-80? Have a craft party of course! With the help of Michelle we arrived at the idea of each Hen making a flag which would be made into bunting for the Bride to keep. The two youngest in our party painted name tags & book marks with the Bride )s big country music fan) having a go at wood staining a cowboy themed plaque as a keepsake. Add in a delicious afternoon tea and a good time was had by all. Food, staff and whole atmosphere made for a perfect party for our Bride, who had no idea what she was up to. What a lovely place! Food was amazing and coffee was great. Nice cosy cafe environment and blissfully quiet on a Friday afternoon. The biscoff pancakes were amazing and I had a cheeky savour side of hash browns. Would reccomend 10/10

Oh, what a fabulous little gem this shop is. Service was polite, helpful, and very positive. There is no rush or pushiness from the server. Lovely, quaint crafting shop with wall to floor yarn and wool options. Plenty of crafting supplies and haberdashery to peruse too. Was recommended the Eggs Benidict and also had a Retro Salad on the side. The eggs were really tasty, good portion and the Retro salad really lived up to the expression of "like my nan used to make".

Oh Flopping Fiddlesticks were able to accommodate myself and my family for a small wake following my Dad's funeral. The room available to us was perfect in size and private. We had chosen a selection of savoury snacks and sandwiches, followed by scone's. All of the food was very tasty and freshly made, especially the scone's which were straight out of the oven, There was a variety of drinks served also. The service was professional, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend for either a small gathering or simply popping in for a snack. Thank you !

I discovered this place not so long ago, I thought it was just a classic sweet shop but upon entering I found it was so much more. It is a hidden gem in pensnett, run by the most lovely of people. On my first visit I had a latte, I sat and enjoyed my well crafted drink while listening to the soothing 1940s soundtrack. The batista and I talked for a while and he told me all about the shops history. I know go every week, sometimes with my family. Even when my unruly 3 year old Alex is dropping crumbs from his cake all over the shop, the helpful lady just smiled and made him feel welcome. Alex was amazed at the selection of ice creams and sweets on offer. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely love it here, come quite often with friends, with my kids, bring the hubby and even on my own. Feel so comfortable here. The staff are so friendly welcoming and helpful. They are brilliant with the kids. I love the service it's so efficient, quick and with a smile. It's always so clean and tidy, feels inviting every time and so reasonably priced. Food is delicious and a good selection of drinks. I always feel looked after they are so accommodating. Definitely would recommend!

Myself and my dad visited last month, we were looking for somewhere to grab a quick coffee. What a little gem we found. Not only was the coffee (and my hot chocolate) fantastic but we treated ourselves to a spot of breakfast which was beyond tasty. We were spoilt for choice really. The service and quality of food were simply spot on. So very pleased we found this place and will be looking to visit again soon!!!

JO a lovely lady who was very welcoming and attentive towards me and my family, giving us a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff on a whole was friendly. I walk past this coffee shop quite often as it’s down the road from me and I always mean to go in and order something but always forget… Finally went in for breakfast this month and I did not regret it!!, the food was so tasty and fresh and I wasn’t expecting it to fill me up for the start of the day but it did. I can’t wait to go there again, 10/10 🌟recommended

This place is just incredible! Food is delicious - great quality and so tasty! Lots to choose from on the menu too. Vegan and veggie options as well as meat-eating options too. The drink options are incredible too, a real treat! The atmosphere is just lovely. It's a smallish place but they haven't crammed in tables and so you feel you still have lots of space. Lovely decor. Staff are so friendly too, really treat you like royalty. Honestly, after just one visit this is now my new favourite place! One thing to note, you do need to book, and in advance as it gets booked up quickly.

Food was ABSOLUTELY delicious - The menu has some great choices without being huge and overwhelming. Everything we ordered was so tasty and filling!! We enjoy it every time we come here!! The Halloumi and Avocado open bagel (with added bacon) was absolutely gorgeous!!

I don't leave reviews so this alone says a lot. I phoned up to place an order for lunch, the service was kind and informative of the menu options. The order was ready quickly, I had a gyro wrap with halloumi added, and there are no words to describe! It was insanely delicious and I don't think I'll stop thinking about it all week!

I visited with my friend, a toddler and 2 babies. The staff could not be accommodating. They made a meal 'off menu' for my toddler and added crisps when requested and it seemed to not be a problem at all. The staff were more than happy to help. The menu has a Mediterranean twist as well as traditional cafe meals. The drinks menu is extensive and includes fancy coffees and smoothies. The Cypriot sandwich was tasty and came is amazing tzatziki. There is sunny outside seating and bench seating inside. The service is the best thing about this cafe. They are so friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Just had an excellent breakfast there. Friendly staff and nicely attended too. The portions where very good and I consider it excellent value for money. It's quite enclosed so if, like me you use hearing aids it can seem quite noise. But that's a problem anywhere you go. I'd be very happy to go again.
