I went 2 wks ago with family and each ordered different stuff to try. Everyone enjoyed what they had and after hearing the New Menu launch this wk we revisited. I’ve been for brekkie, brunch and dessert now - gotta say staff are welcoming, service is good and most of all food has been on point! Nice chilled vibe here - highly recommended! 👍🏼

I went in there for a quick coffee the first time. Service 5/5. People working there were awesome and so helpful. The coffee and cake were one of the best i have had in a long time. Prices are very competitive comparing to other cafes around in and around birmingham and absolutely worth it. Coming back here again most certainly. 👍🏻👍🏻

Classy ambience, choice of music was above par, interior very aesthetic, and overall good quality was excellent. Shout out to Abir who provided excellent service! The pistachio French toast is a must try

Lovely place , been there for years and also went to the smaller one that has closed. I took my friend there for her first time and she loved it , as did I . I’m going there soon to eat and buy some delicious bread from there. Definitely recommend if you want a real taste of France 🇫🇷

Really need a holiday! Instead I treated myself to a taste of France at Maison Mayci. Delicious Croque monsieur, coffee & raspberry frangipani. So lucky to have this cafe on my doorstep. Life is good again! Lovely staff. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended. 😋😍👏

Oaks Farm Shop Balsall Common CV7 7AQ Visit Date: 26th October 2024 Wow! Wow, what a find. A neighbour told us about this place and we were not disappointed. The vegetables are so fresh. The selection of meat looked fabulous. There was a tasting by Nivana Brewery; yummy non-alcoholic beers. There is a café with lovely coffee and cakes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loos are spotless, and there's lots of car parking. Altogether, it was a worthwhile visit, although we spent more than we planned lol You will be glad you visited. 9.12.2024 Back again for a fabulous Christmas dinner. I liked this farm shop a lot, mainly because I’ve never been here before so everything was new to me, but a little disappointed to read other reviews saying it wasn’t dog friendly. It’s usually something I would notice straight away as my dog is always with me, on this occasion she was tired from her earlier walk so didn’t get out of the car. I will return as there were many interesting and different food items to purchase including dog treats. The caffe area was very busy and there seemed a lot of staff around.

Scenic location with plenty of parking available. Amazing breakfasts and cake selection, reasonably priced. Gluten free breakfast and lunch options are great, and cater for allergies. Definitely worth the visit!

Really nice place with great produce. It's a little on the pricey side but local produce including fruit and veg is always worth it. We love this place but haven't been for a while. If I may mention it's 5 min drive from gate farm caravan site. If the bbq is on then make your way here for your bbq Meats section. Over all really nice well kept place and great produce. It's a winner for us. Oh don't forget there 8s a resturant here and it smells wonderful. Inside and outside seating available.

Super fab little cafe with excellent coffee, loads of healthy fresh sandwiches and sweet treats. All the staff are really friendly and fun. Courtyard is lovely to sit out in the sunshine and dogs are also very welcomed with puppacinos.

This is a fantastic place for truly excellent coffee. The quality of the beans and the guest roasts were exceptional and the baristas knew how to heat the milk correctly. (Easier said than done) This place was a real surprise as there are many places now days offering second rate burnt coffee for too much money. There were some excellent smoothies and health based protein shake options too. Plus the staff were super friendly and accommodating. If I was a local then Brew 23 would become part of my daily routine.

This place serves the best coffee, delicious lunches, smoothies and cakes! everything is top quality. The staff are exceptional, welcoming and kind with a great outdoor space when the sun is out. Best coffee shop hands down!

Just been in for a Large Take Out Cappuccino. Very Nice Staff and a a Great Quality Drink. Just the right temperature that Coffee should be served at. Will be using this Establishment more often when I come for my Appointments at Restart in Cranmore House. Wouldn't Hesitate to recommend this place for a Coffee etc.

Went here with my Mom and Cousin for Brunch on my Birthday and I loved it! Food was great and there's multiple Vegitarian, Vegan and Gluten Free options too! The atmosphere was nice (Plus you can bring dogs! 😄) and the service was good too! Got a free birthday mock tail which was really nice of the staff to give me! Wish it was a bit closer to home though so I could go more often 😭😂 Would definitely come back again! 😄

It's a busy area so we were fortunate to find a parking space on the main road. There's a Pay and Display a reasonable distance away, and then it's easy to walk down past Asda - it's on the opposite side. Our food was tasty. I had the Moroccan aubergine on flatbread, with fries, and it was delicious! Friendly staff and excellent service. I'd definitely return. Thank you, Loco Lounge.

Lovely food, lots of different dishes on the menu. Relaxing atmosphere, definitely recommend going. The buttermilk chicken is great.

The food was stunning. Coffee was stubbing. The atmosphere was so cosy and a genuine vibe. The staff were lovely which is the cherry on top. First time at the loco lounge, will definitely be returning! Keep up the amazing work guys, you’re unreal.

I still remember coming to this little place when it first opened many moons ago. The people were as lovely as I remember them to be and the food was spot on. The schnitzel was perfectly done and the chips were golden and crispy. The bratwurst roll was also amazing and a perfect afternoon snack. If you’re ever in the area, highly recommend checking out this hidden gem and give our local businesses a bit of extra support.

Really pleased with the service. The hamburger was so delicous and well cooked. The full english breakfast was also delicious and worth trying. A very clean and tidy place worth great customer service. Got to chose plenty of dishes from their varieties with great menus.

Lovely little independant cafe with amazing hot chocolate and fab sausage and egg sandwich. I have ordered from here for years and today I had some time to kill and decided to come in and have a hot drink. The place is so charming, playing 1930-40’s music and just takes you away from your troubles. I hope people continue to support this independent cafe as the staff/owner was lovely the moment I walked in. Lovely to people watch and I feel so relaxed. Definitely worth going to over any major chains!

🍳 Shakespeare’s, Earlswood - There a new café inside @earlswoodglc and we just had to try it out. They are called @shakespearescafe and have a wide fantastic menu. They have amazing large full English, vegetarian full breakfasts and an array of baos and on toast items. - You can eat in and takeaway, whichever suits you. We enjoyed a large full English and a vegetarian full breakfast along with some coffees. With the full English breakfasts you get toast and coffee includes io the price. You can also choose from tinned or fresh tomatoes and white and granny toast. The sausages are Lashfords which if you’re in the know they are the best and everyone should use them 👍🏼 - The environment is clean and tidy and plenty of seating, when warm you can also sit outside too. We arrived at 9:50 and there was only two other tables occupied then around 10:30 the café started to fill up with a few tables spare. 10am definitely feels like to sweet spot for ordering and getting a seat 🥰 - The full English with toast and coffee costs around £11.95 and vegetarian around £7.95. The food and very filling and tastes great, the coffees are @lavazzauk so taste quality too.

We have been regulars at the Shakespeare cafe since you opened. The customer service by your staff is excellent they are always bright and friendly. All meals we have ordered have been great. A special nod to Amy and Georgia for always being so friendly

Having frequently visited the garden centre for many years I had only previously dabbled with the odd tea and cake. On our last visit early morning we decided to have a cooked breakfast...lovely!. Can highly recommend the pancakes and bacon as well. 👍 Also a big shout out for them for accepting cash ,keep it up!..

Possibly the best full English I've ever had. Good quality products, cooked perfectly, presented well. I was so pleasantly surprised given it's a cafe attached to a garden centre. Usually on a cooked breakfast at least one of the items is overcooked etc but this had everything done spot on. I would actually commute the ~25 mins on train from Birmingham to have this again. Please maintain this quality. 17/11/2024 Edit: also I really liked that the waitress noticed my lack of cutlery and got them for me even though I could have gotten up myself. Little things like this are the finishing touches

I had my 40th Birthday party here last weekend and it was the most amazing experience. I can’t recommend this wonderful venue and their team enough. The whole process was so easy and smooth, everybody was so nice, helpful and accommodating, the food was lovely and the venue was just perfect. Thank you to Lana for helping me plan the perfect night, from our first meeting over brunch, through to all the help during the party, and to the whole team for the great service on the night too. So many of my guests said how amazing the place was. Honestly, if you’re looking for somewhere to host an event, definitely give them a visit. You won’t be disappointed. x
