We went 23rd July 2024, our waitress was Ellie, from the moment we walked in the staff were so good to us, they really looked after us, we were celebrating our anniversary and they really made a fuss and made us feel so comfortable. Ellie was a fantastic waitress and so friendly, she took her time to chat to us and listen to our interests in travelling to America etc. Thank you so much all for making our anniversary special, will defo be coming again.
I have been to Hickory's a number of times now and really enjoy the atmosphere and the welcoming hospitality of this restaurant. The staff really couldn't do more to help. On my last visit, I was greeted on entry and sat at the bar. The server, Joe, was fantastic and upsold me a Life's a Peach sweet tea which was delicious and beautifully made! I then was taken to my prebooked table for food, where my server, Zack, welcomed us with such a genuine warmth that we felt completely at ease. He asked if we were celebrating anything or just enjoying a meal out. He talked us through the menu, recommended dishes and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was superb as always, and the service was smooth, quick and with a heartwarming smile. Highly recommend this fantastic restaurant and will definitely be back again soon.
08/02/25 Thank you to the team for a warm welcome and lovely service , enjoyed celebrating a good friends pre 50th birthday breakfast. special thank you to both Mariah and Georgia who were not only polite and professional but did not hesitate for taking our order for the numerous times we asked for more coffee. First time at Hickory’s and will definitely not be the last! What an awesome restaurant, the atmosphere as soon as you walk in is lovely! The decor and the music make it feel so real. Big thank you to Harley, amazing service with such a lovely smile!
