I absolutely love Gail’s ! The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious treat. I especially want to commend Eva, one of the employees there. Her friendly demeanor and knowledge about the menu really enhanced my visit. She recommended the almond croissant, and it was heavenly! The flaky pastry paired perfectly with a rich cup of coffee. Overall, Gail’s Bakery is a must-visit, and Eva truly embodies the spirit of excellent customer service. I can’t wait to return for more delightful treats!

Very good service and food - Eva (Head baker) made this fresh and delicious burger - well done! Would definitely return with friends. Cute aesthetic and atmosphere for a bakery. Caitlin made a wonderful hot chocolate. Staff are really nice and helpful :)

I would like to highlight an amazing member of staff at the Radlett branch. Eva!! She is the cook and she is an integral part of the shop. Everytime I go in she is greeting customers, always smiling and just had great energy all round! Keep up the great work Eva. It is definitely noticed!!

Absolutely loved the ambiance in Gail’s, Radlett - such a homely atmosphere. The customer service and the bakery suggestions were 10/10 and I would definitely come back again for a quick chat with Bea :) She handled our table drinks with care, bearing in my allergies and even double checked by printing the allergens for me. I loved the attention to detail! She made sure we were happy and everything on the table was too our standards. Would 100% come back when I’m next in the area!!
