Food is great value, fair prices and generous portions sizes in general. I would prefer a whole tomato with my breakfast and tried to ask for it but didn’t get it. Service is good and generally friendly. Could do with remembering to keep the smiles broad. It’s always busy so a great atmosphere, always relaxed and usually a table available. Some seating outside (roadside) when it’s warm. One of my favourite cafes x
A very friendly and very clean cafe. Very large breakfast, lunch menu. Very good portion sizes and the quality is first class. I had the liver and onions as per my photo. Really enjoyed the food and is definitely well worth the visit. Never lets you down the quality and size of this mushroom omelette with chips and a fresh homemade salad was absolutely perfect. I've run out of superlatives for the quality of this cafe. One of the largest and tastiest jacket potatoes. Latest photo is Eggs benedict a really fantastic choice for my brunch.
An excellent cafe , well priced , excellent food and friendly excellent staff. My favourite meal is the chicken salad better than a City breakfast spot at half the price. Well worth a visit.
Came here after breakfast on the upper side of bushey high street, ordered dessert Apple pie and Custard. The biggest portion of dessert I've had outside my house!!! And piping hot. A calm and quiet service from the waiting staff, no rushing around. A busy Sunday morning vibe with local
