I've been to a lot of coffee places and this is the by the best coffee I have ever sipped upon! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! The atmosphere is sophisticated, modern and cosy! And the range of the baked goods and cakes are out of this world! Highly recommend!

Fantastic freshly brewed coffee to start my day! 👌🏻 also tried the tasty mini Victoria sponge cakes with white chocolate- just wow! Absolutely love this place. Always polite, quick & seriously good coffee! Thank you Nikos for always making us so welcome.

Lovely cafe. Staff and customers have a bit of a rural feel, lots of regulars, and willing to do a lot more than the menu suggests. Very nice to newcomers and now making a push to become more vegan friendly. I’ll be coming back more often now. Tagine (have the mix!) was beautiful, forgot to ask for brown bread, the mint tea was awesome and intense. Some of the pastries are vegan too, but not all are labelled as such so need to ask. ——————————————— Finally had a chance to do a Shenley catered picnic! Lovely food, both to look at and to eat!! (Sadly the weather cooled a lot, hence the food being served indoors…)

Friendly staff, really nice looking place. My son and I had the breakfast and all was great except for the sausages which were a little small but everything was amazing will go back again very soon!

What a hidden gem this is, been here a few times, never disappoints menu choice amazing omelettes are full and plenty full, had lunch here also definitely a winner and as for price definitely value for money and top staff.

Amazing breakfast cafe. This place has been around for decades, I remember coming here with my dad when I was a kid and the service and quality, even though it’s changed hands a few times I imagine, has stayed the same.

The worker Raysa is extraordinary , she was so kind to me and my friends and she was more than happy to help us , she is fairly new but for a new employee she seems very well rounded in working there . The establishment for the most part is really clean and the drinks are delicious .

We’ve been in the winter, where the best place to sit is inside by the fire; Spring, where the conservatory is nice, and now outside in the summer. My kids love the mac n cheese- and it’s proper home made food with real ingredients. I had a delicious salad with roasted beetroot and fennel, adding on halloumi cheese. Always so much fun to watch the flying lessons with my girls.

I visited this cafe while working on the airfield, i was there for 2 days. I found the staff friendly and helpfull, the food was excellent, i had the small fish and chips, it was huge! Well worth a visit to eat and look at aeroplanes.

Service was brilliant and staff were extremely kind, a great view of aircraft taxiing, taking off and landing. The Aerodrome was quite busy with aircraft and even at the height of the day parking wasn’t an issue. All around this place was really enjoyable to visit and would have to come again sometime soon.

One of my favourite little spots in Elstree. The Aerodrome Café has such a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe and it's the perfect place to grab a decent coffee and bite to eat while watching the planes come and go. There’s something about sitting right by the airfield that just never gets old. The food is great. Nothing fancy, just solid, well-made stuff. The breakfast is always a winner and the coffee hits the spot every time. Staff are friendly and always seem to be in a good mood, which adds to the charm.

Amazing service by the staff gave us more time to order and let my companion order from kids menu as plates are quite big. Just disappointed with veggie breakfast, sausage was quite bland. Coffee was excellent. I'm so glad they were able to offer oat milk. Great place to meet for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Jacket potatoes , salads, and omelettes available Would definitely come again. There are plenty of vegan options, too

Revisit. Friday morning was busy. Service was as good as usual. Plating of food was excellent. Very decent breakfast. Acoustics of the place is harsh and hard to have relaxed chat. Stand-outs (so far for us) include the Pink Full Monty or Mediterranean breakfast, fluffy pancakes, well-prepared coffees and teas. Portions are generous and prices reasonable. The warm, attentive service is the cherry on top. It can get crowded and noisy at peak times, but Pink Cafe seems always a welcoming place to enjoy a tasty meal with friends and family. Ample parking in the shopping park nearby adds to the convenience. In summary, this unassuming cafe is a local gem worth seeking out for its winning combination of lovely food, friendly service and great value.

Lovely cafe, bright and airy inside with some outside seats too. Really good, fast and efficient service. The Pink Full Monty breakfast was spot on, everything cooked right. The Smashed Avocado on Sourdough toast with Salmon was also great. Coffees good too, which is rare around here. Usually, it's milky, weak, and watery coffees in the cafes in Borehamwood but here they were very good, strong coffees. I'd passed this Cafe many time and it always seems to be busy, a good sign for sure. Despite being busy, the service was very quick. You could confidently come here on your lunch break and not be late back to work. There's lots of seating inside, it's much bigger than it seems from the outside. Inside is clean and pleasant with modern decor. Overall, I really enjoyed this cafe and would definitely recommend to all. I'll certainly be back very soon!

Great little cafe in the middle of the woods. Great value for breakfast, with a full English costing only £12.50. There is outdoor seating and dogs allowed. The inside of the cafe is very noisy due to not having much soft furnishings. Staff are friendly and tables become available very quickly.

A great place for all the family. Spacious garden with plenty of tables & seating. A great place for a relaxing walk or bike ride. The food, the service & staff do a great job making the patrons (and pets) feel welcomed. Keep up the great job everyone 👍

Lovely, friendly staff. Ordered burger and chips and sausage and cheesy chips. Hot chocolate and a coke. For us, the service was great and prices fair. Unfortunately, the 4 stars are due to the low quality of the meat products. The burger was not great and the sausage not very meaty. Hot chocolate was super. It's a shame as the cafe is nice and as stated lovely service. Parking was difficult, but I did find 30 mins free near by, but had to get a ticket from the machine.

I was surprised that out of the many eating establishments in this high street that only a couple were open before 09:30 am. I had a traditional breakfast, 2 rashers of bacon, 1 fried egg, 1 sausage, around a cup of baked beans, about half a plate of french fries, 2 toast and what I thought was an expensive mug of tea (over £2), all came to £9.90. The service was good, the sausage and french fries were fairly tasteless, probably due to how much they're willing to spend at the cash and carry versus profit although there did seem to be more staff than required at least on the morning I went in. The atmosphere seemed a bit tense from the female staff members. No problem but once finished I felt as though I was required to leave after sitting for 5 minutes to digest my food and there were only around 6 people in the cafe and a laptop user that was there before me and still there when I left, not sure if he actually was in charge but he didn't appear to have any food. I don't often go out for breakfast but I would go here again just to see if there is a suggestion for people to move on quickly even on less busy times, it's strangely interesting.

Most of the time love their takeaways, burgers and baguettes especially. Always follow the notes. Recently I have felt the portions have shrunk and prices gone up, though.

Nice to go into a cafe and have a seat. Had a great bacon sandwich and cup of tea at a reasonable price though for some reason they have a minimum charge of £5 if you use a card, not even charity shops do that! (I actually think this is against the law. Can anyone confirm??) Next time I'll try an all day breakfast it looked good on the display photo's!!!
