It is pricy but it is my go to if I want to treat myself to a sweet treat! Everything I have tried so far has been delicious, especially the reverse chocolate cookie. Only frustrating thing is if you go in the afternoon most of the bakes are all gone. Service has always been friendly too.

Another great trip to Gail’s Berkhamsted. Enjoyed a ham and cheese croissant and chai latte (was so good I forgot to snap a photo) followed by an incredible salted caramel and banana pecan cake and iced latte 😍 the perfect spot for me and my little one to enjoy some quality time together. The staff were so lovely and friendly as well! Will definitely be back!

We have been here a few times for coffee. Today we have decided to do coffee and breakfast. Was greeted by Lauren again who is always exceptionally polite and eager to engage in conversation. Fiona also did the most amazing latte art and the coffee was great. We had baked boiled eggs with soldiers and bacon. Something different and we enjoyed it immensely. Atmosphere very relaxing. Thankyou.

Having recently visited Gail's in London, my boyfriend and I decided to visit the Berkhamstead one as its closer to home. We had a lovely time visiting yesterday. It was spacious with plenty of seating, staff were very lovely, food and drinks were great. Will definitely return in the future. Thank you!
