Never seen such rudeness and bullying tactics from another customer !!!!! Was here last week and whilst waiting in line to be served witnessed one of the rudest customers having a go at the staff over a free cookie. He just would not accept that they had run out. The manager tried to explain but he would not listen and kept on at them. Credit where credit’s due I think the manager was well within her rights not to serve such a bully but she did. Shame on you sir , your behaviour was appalling and all over a cookie
Brilliant coffee shop. Very helpful and friendly staff, the shop was very clean and well kept especially near closing time which was a good sight. They were also very accommodating with my dog by making him a cup of cream was a dog biscuit in it which was a nice touch. 👍 overall this is one of the best costa's I have ever visited.
Came here for 3 day trip, was served by a wonderful lady who gave me sugar boost in my coffee which i needed! Thank You ☺️
I've been a fan of Costa for ages. Their staff always manage to tick my important boxes: friendly, courteous and who truly understand how important it is to make a customer welcome and provide an environment in which to enjoy a top-quality product. The team in this particular outlet also seems to have that rare knack of making you feel you are the only customer they are serving despite being busy. This is a customer service gift which cannot be taught and raised an already enjoyable experience to another level. Well done.
