Reviews
Lovely cosy little cafe right by the train station and Edale car park. The staff were really friendly, food and coffee was lovely after a night in a van and the atmosphere is homely complete with blankets and a wood burner in the corner. Some great leaflets and resources for local hikes and they even have a display for the train times in the cafe. Excellent spot to wait for a train or begin/end a walk.
Quality cafe in the idyllic village of Edale, right next to the train station (train times are displayed inside). Very nice staff and espresso. There's free WiFi if you're struggling to get phone signal. Lack of mobile coverage is probably the only downside of this area! Hikers and cyclists are well catered for.
Lovely little cafe nice tea and the best bakewell slice I've ever had, located in the middle of some fantastic scenery.
The Penny Pot Café, located conveniently next to Edale train station, is the perfect spot to grab a bite before or after your hike. This charming countryside café offers a delightful array of pastries and cakes, along with a variety of teas and coffee to suit any preference. For those looking to cool down, ice creams are also available.
One of the café's highlights is its spectacular beer garden, which provides a wonderful setting to relax and soak up the sun on a beautiful day. The attentive staff ensure a pleasant experience, making the Penny Pot Café a memorable part of your visit to Edale. Whether you're fueling up for an adventure or unwinding after a day on the trails, this café is an ideal choice.
