Aww had a fab time here on Monday when my little boy and I popped in for lunch to celebrate the end of our Peak District weekend. A lovely warm and friendly welcome with a smile when we opened the door.
The locally-supplied steak and Stilton pie was epic. Lovely pastry and served with good mix of fresh veg and triple cooked chunky chips.
Delicious apple crumble and sticky toffee desserts too!
We even had time to play a couple of board games. A lovely spot and we are sure to be back to do some of the walks in the area (Nine Ladies, Rowter rocks etc)
Good memories.
Ps we hope little teeny rescue kitten Thursday is doing well!
Fantastic and would recommend for everyone to go there.
I phoned up a few different places very last minute on Sunday to find a somewhere to eat that could accommodate 15 of us. All said no. Apart from the Druid Inn, they gave us a time to come in & the room we were in was great. The service was brilliant & the food was great. Not a single complaint from any of us.
One of the best Sunday lunches I’ve had in a long time.
Portion size & price were brilliant. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the Peak District.
Thankyou again
Lovely staff and good food.
We went with a party of 8 and the staff were very accommodating and you should definitely book ahead with a big party.
The food was good with the recommendation of the lamb kofta flatbread being the tastiest one.
Dog friendly pub.
Lovely pub with lovely staff!!
Amazing food it was high quality and good price. We went on Tuesday for pizza, burger and loaded fries night
Love that it is dog friendly would definitely recommend to other people that are visiting.
We have been visiting the Druid Inn, Birchover, for a few years. The staff are amazing, so friendly. It never fails to disappoint. Everything about it is fabulous. The food is amazing, there is something on the Menu for everyone. You must try the the Trio of Sausages they are exceptional (3 different flavours too). If you are in the area be sure to give it a try 🙂
