Nice and smart coffee location. The drinks were tasty and the food was also delicious, it is just a shame that the service let this place down as the crew were clearly understaffed on the day, so we had to wait a long time and our order was also incorrect. Overall a good location and would recommend for brunch / coffee!
Wow. We just happened to be parked near to Bon cafe and fancied a quick bite. We ordered the Lablabi (french tunisian chickpea) soup. We waited a while for it to appear but it turned out that it had all been made from scratch and was absolutely incredible!! It was like a full meal and tasted really wholesome and delicious! I wish this cafe was near where we live as we would be regulars. Would like to return and try other items in the menu. Am going to have to look up how to make that soup. Very impressed!!!
Our favorite place for breakfast/brunch! The menu is so interesting, and the food is delicious.
So far, it’s the best place I’ve found for a matcha latte in Sheffield. The staff are super nice!❤️
Bon Café – A Proper Spot for Brunch
If you're after a solid brunch spot with good food and friendly service, Bon Café is definitely worth a visit. The staff were super attentive, always checking in without being overbearing, which made for a really pleasant experience.
We went for a bit of a feast, sharing everything together! Round of sourdough toast – proper crispy, nice and chewy, exactly how it should be. Then there was the Yorkshire duck confit hash, which was rich, full of flavour, and just the right amount of indulgent.
We also tried the specials – a French toast dish that was yummy, and a truffle and celeriac dish (the name escapes me, but I won’t forget the taste anytime soon! Was super yummy! ). Both felt like a proper treat.
Only downside? The tables. Whatever material they’re made of means they’re a bit sticky, which is a shame because the place itself has a great vibe – perfect for catching up with mates over brunch.
If I had the money, I’d probably be here every day. Hahaha!
Anywho! Can’t wait to come back!
Went here with my friend after an exam to debrief, and the vibes of the cafe were perfect. Instantly felt the stress leave my body. The workers were friendly and brought out our drinks very quickly. The hot chocolate was rich, and the matcha was the perfect matcha to milk ratio 🙂↕️.

"Love it here! Now the only fully vegan cafe close to Chesterfield. The Sunday roast was absolutely delicious, as was the takeaway blondie 🤤..."
