Chris responded promptly and was incredibly helpful. He took time to explain what the problems with the boiler were and what he was going to do to fix it. He then did a full strip service of the boiler which was very competitively priced. Highly recommended.

I contacted Chris at Resolve Heating after reading the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. I enquired about a gas boiler service and Chris explained clearly what was covered through the service. I was assured by Chris once he had inspected the boiler that he could fix all the issues (boiler loosing pressure) and give the boiler an overhaul, replacing gaskets and cleaning injectors. Through the process Chris took photos before and after which was incredibly useful and reassuring. The system had a whole flush down and filters cleaned. I can recommend the full service option as it is great value for money and the boiler has never sounded so quiet and the whole house is lovely and warm. Can’t believe I struggled on for so long with the boiler running badly and wish I’d called Chris earlier. I also asked Chris to supply and install a Hive Smart Thermostat which is an absolute game changer. No more rooting around under the boiler at 6am … pure bliss. Thanks Chris. Outstanding Work. Mark
