Wayne was recommended to us by friends, he renovated an old, very small bathroom for us. At every turn there were problems, but they were resolved with Wayne’s usual calm and thorough approach and, nothing was too much trouble. Wayne refurbished my bathroom six months ago and it is absolutely amazing. Even before starting the project, he assisted in providing paperwork for the leasehold license of alteration. He completed the work swiftly and immaculately. The original toilet, washbasin and bath were removed and replaced accordingly, with a large step-in shower installed in the bath footprint. A new heated rail and extractor, plus a heated and lighted vanity mirror/cabinet complete the room perfectly. The room is so easy to keep clean as the wall-flushed mounting of the toilet and washbasin has created more room in what is a small area within the ground floor apartment. Wayne is always available for any matters, however trivial, and I would highly recommend him for any home improvements.
