Received the best customer service experience ever through Kevin Ross at this company.We were having an extension built so our order was delivered over several weeks as the build progressed.Kevin went above and beyond what you would expect during this period.We had to change our Merlyn shower as our plans changed from a right hand opening slide door to a left.As we hadn't opened the box he arranged for it to be collected and changed the order for us.He liaised with our plumber who hadn't fitted our particular Grohe concealed shower before so Kevin sent video links to his phone.I've only highlighted a couple of the many things he did for us throughout the whole process.Outstanding customer service.Thank you.

From start to finish the personal service we received from Kevin was nothing but excellent from offering a free home visit to give an expert bathroom design, advising on best options, helping with a few fitting snags, giving time to chat, responding to emails and queries by return. I had been after a replacement bath panel for a 'P' shaped bath and having trawled the internet for ages, decided to give Evans a go. I should have used them in the first place and myself saved lots of searching. Very knowledgible and friendly staff. i was able to get a replacement bath panel a lot cheaper than I could get in on line. 100% recommended
