I could not recommend Dave more - Dave responded to my need for the pipes in my kitchen to be boxed in ahead of the house being put on the market. I contacted Dave on the Sunday and he rearranged some commitments to be here on Tuesday morning to sort the work. He provided sound advice on how best to tackle the job, gave me a good price which didn't change and worked diligently when here. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience!

I needed someone who can do all the work at my place as I recently moved into a new accommodation. After browsing here & there, I finally come across the “Dave” from Gravesend Builders. I found Dave very Experienced and Genuine guy who didn’t charge me for coming to my place especially for the quotation. He gave me best price for light fighting’s. He is a Certified Electrician and he can do other building works as well. So; I am going to get more work done from him. Dave is very helpful and he understood the urgency of light fighting and did the job for me in 2 days time. He managed couple of hours for me to get my job done from his busy schedule. He is very responsive on messages and he gave me so many advices as I wasn’t aware of how to hang curtains in right way. He is very clean as well. He didn’t left any mess after the work and he brought his indoor sleepers to move around at my place. I have never seen anyone like Dave before who is very down to earth with so many good qualities and talent. I personally Highly Recommend “Gravesend Builders”. 👍🏼

Dave is polite and professional! I have been looking for a local tradesman for a while and could tell Dave was top notch. I needed some bedroom locks fitted, and Dave was able to recommend me suitable locks, and has com around and installed them perfectly. - Very pleased

We employed Dave to do quite a few jobs for us including re-boarding and plastering internal ceilings, preparing our walls for decoration, creating a media wall around our chimney breast and plastering, fitting picture rails, installing a loft hatch and ladder and replacing a bathroom basin and tiling. Dave is very professional, communicative and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to employ him to do work for us in the future - 5 stars.

Can't recommend Lewis highly enough. Did a fantastic job of replacing our worktops, tiles and sink a few weeks ago. We straight away asked about replacing the floor so he came back last week and yet again did a fab job. Lewis and Dan are tidy, polite and very professional.

A very efficient, helpful and hard working person who put a three panelled trellis fence up for us and a wonderful wooden washing line because ours had broken. He sourced the materials and informed us of the options giving prices so we could select what we wanted before he came. He brought the materials with him and the work was so good that several of my friends have now asked for his contact details. He is good at tiling too as replaced a large cracked one of mine in the bathroom and it looks great. Very good value for money and no job is too small for him

Jon has carried out many jobs for me to a very high standard over the last 8 or 9 years - the biggest and most recent one being to completely paint and decorate my ground floor maisonette. He is very trustworthy and professional and so I had no hesitation in going out to work whilst he got on with it. He is also very clean and tidy, positive and cheerful, has a good work ethic and offers valuable advice based on many years of experience. I have recommended him to several friends and neighbours and they all feel the same. No job is too big or too small for him.

The Return of Simon. 4 weeks doing the tasks that have been needed to be done for years but never got around to it plus fitting and decorating a downstairs toilet. No task too big for Simon. Outstanding work. We’ll have him back next year for the garden decking.

Simon spent two days modifying electrical bits and pieces that have mounted up over the years. His mate Lewis assisted with plumbing jobs. Both worked incessantly and did extra jobs that resulted without question. They finished late on a Friday without a hint of a moan. I would have! Throughly recommend Simon and his small team.
