We had a one ridge tile and the whole column of tiles below it replaced on the very edge of our end of terraced house. I approached Broadstairs roofing for a quote, John called me back within 24 hours to discuss my roofing problem, as per the website, and came round within the next few day to provide a quote. The work was then programed in within the next few weeks. The work was completed with no issues and everything was cleaned up after, the end result looks great. John was very approachable and customer focused, really taking the time to discuss the approach to the replacement of the roof tiles ensuring I was happy every step of the way. Excellent local roofing company who I’ve used a few times now. They replaced my ridge tiles on the top and side of my roof following storm damage a few years ago. They came quickly to replace all the tiles before we had any more bad weather. I recently had a loose tile on my bay roof and John came round and re-set it for me. I cannot recommend them enough, they will always come out as soon as possible especially when you have an emergency. Will rebook them again in the coming months to clean my roof, which is full of moss and constantly blocking my guttering and covering my patio. Great company who always provide a great service!

I had a leak in my roof causing water ingress in several places. John came out and assessed the problem the same day and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very reassuring and within a couple of days, a member of his team came out and resolved the issue. Photographs and a clear explanation of the work carried out were provided. I have additional issues with my guttering, roof and chimney stack and will definitely be using Broadstairs Roofing again. They are trustworthy, reliable, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.
