Steer & Sons helped us transform our detached Victorian house in Tring with a full modernisation/refurbishment including helping us build the largest extension ever approved in our area (a Conservation area). Matt and team were extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, meticulously organised and all of our neighbours were very complimentary over how respectful they were during the building works. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough - everything was delivered on time, on budget and exceeded all expectations from a quality perspective.

I used Matt and Bruce and the team to build my extension recently which was a much bigger job than I'd anticipated. Throughout the whole process the entire team were easy to work with. Matt is so responsive and considerate and project managed the entire build for me, managing all the different trades involved seamlessly. Even after I've moved in they are available to help me with questions and just tweak things as I'm living in the space. 10/10 would recommend - they're worth every penny and gave me peace of mind through something that could otherwise have been stressful.
