However, KT5 Construction put my fears to rest from the start. Their project management was exemplary. They provided a detailed project plan with clear timelines and budget estimates, which they adhered to throughout. Communication was consistent and transparent, keeping me informed at every stage despite the distance. They handled all aspects of the project, from coordinating tradespeople and sourcing materials to managing permits and inspections. The workmanship was on point, with both flats completed to a high standard and excellent attention to detail. KT5 Construction made the entire process remarkably smooth and stress-free, transforming the property efficiently and effectively. These guys did a few mid scale jobs on our house. The three key bits I'd highlight are: 1) quality of work (excellent) 2) communication (again excellent) 3) and a slightly intangible feeling I got from them - in that they took pride in the job and wanted to leave a happy customer. When we get an extension done it'll be with KT5 - I'd recommend them very highly.

Would 110% recommend KT5 for any home improvement project! Absolutely chuffed with the service, speed, friendly professionalism and minimal disruption from start to finish! 13 weeks from the day that the scaffolding went up to a completely finished loft conversion with 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and a play area — all finished ready to move in! We have 2 young children and KT5 were fab at accommodating their building work around them. They were also great at giving their ideas to the design of the project and we were so grateful they did! We have ended up with a beautiful, functional space that has really added value to our home in so many ways. Keiran and Tom were so efficient and Jim managed the project and his team with such care and positivity it was lovely having them around the house for the duration of the project, they really took the pressure off of a very daunting construction project. Very professional and well planned work carried out for our complete bathroom renovations. We highly recommend KT5, very good attention to detail and most of all no compromise on quality of work carried out by the specialist work force. The best thing about the project was the planning phase with number of suggestions. It was a very old bathroom now completely transformed into a very modern and functional design.
