Fabulous customer service. Five stars. BUT I have dropped to 4 stars for price and availability. Compared to other local nurseries, Brackendale are on the high side and have very limited stock. However, they are excellent to deal with and have a beautiful Nursery. You really should go out of your way to visit them. Especially for hedging. They have spectacular mature hedges which give an excellent idea of what your garden could look like. Well done, a lovely business.
I bought a dozen or so small griselinia shrubs to replace my awful conifer hedging, they are very bushy with lots of new growth and doing very well. Received great advice and great service, always able to give useful suggestions for right-plant-right-place & for mulching products. Thank you
Always helpful staff. We'll laid out. None of the trappings of a 'chain' garden centre, helps keep the prices very reasonable.
