This is the second time we have used Tony , this time to knock part of a wall down and create a built in cupboard with sliding doors . We couldn't be happier with the work carried out, he is prompt, tidy and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending him. If we have any more work we would definitely call him in again.

Tony and his team (Swift Property services) recently completed a ground floor renovation (knocking down internal walls, building new internal stud wall, moving doorway, laying new flooring) and new kitchen fit for us. Tony and his team were an absolute delight to have in our home. They have an exceptional work ethic - on time every single day, so hard working, completed on time despite set backs out of their control, and are remarkably clean and tidy. The communication was faultless from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship is second to none and we are so pleased with the finished result. Tony was brilliant. He came round a number of times before the work began and was constantly in touch, informing us of when he would be able to start. We have used Swift for two jobs, putting up a new wall to create office space and a complete kitchen refit. Both jobs were completed on time and to a high standard. Tony and Liam were a pleasure to have in the house, turned up on time every day and always left the place tidy before leaving. We had used Tony in the past for fitting two external doors. This time it was a larger project which required the conversion of a large lounge into a smaller reception room and seperate bedroom with ensuite shower room and further convert an existing bedroom /ensuite into a lounge. From initial discussion Tony was pratical on what could be done and offered sensible advice throughout. The work was completed to a very acceptable standard and on time. Tony and Liam are very reliable and competent and exceptionally tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tony again and would highly recommend him
