Alex and his apprentice Joe did a service on my boiler, which was the 3rd I've used them for. I left them to it and got back to work, but it was great to hear Alex teaching Joe and asking him questions and also Joe asking questions of various scenarios to Alex.
The follow up from Kerry the same day with the paperwork was very professional, as had all communication about making the appointment.
Mick came to me at very short noticed & repaired a gas leak on my cooker. Highly recommended. Top Man. I certainly will call him again for future jobs.
