We had Darren come out to have a look at our system and he was amazing. Great customer service, he was thoughtful and polite with my elderly mum. He came across as highly competent and gave me confidence in his work and company. We had used British Gas in the past and in Darren’s ‘look’ at the boiler he showed more interest and care than my BG service. I was very impressed. Thank you!

Darren and Billy did a fantastic job fitting our very heavy and oversized new radiator. They moved it into place and rejigged the pipework to make it fit and it looks amazing now. While they were here, they also serviced our boiler. We would not use anyone else for any of our plumbing and heating work. Derek and his team are always at the top of their game. Thank you.
