Expert trees arrived promptly. Were professional and courteous. They kept me updated throughout with their progress and any challenges they faced managing my expectations. Really pleased with the work done by Expertrees. From initial contact for a quote, Chris turned up on time and had a detailed written quote out to me pretty quickly after his visit. I had some very tall trees at the back of the garden and a large apple tree I wanted cut back. The quote was very competitive. With difficult access to the back of the garden Chris explored the best option of going over the garage room which we agreed on. Once the work was booked in the team turned up on time on the day and were very friendly. They checked with me on several occasions on the height I wanted the various trees cut down to and checked I was happy. Tidied up after themselves - in fact the garden was probably tidier after they left than when they’d started! Would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
