I’ve had an issue with my heating and hot water since I first moved in, and Sam was called out today to repair, advised me how to turn my hot water on, and also identified an issue with my radiator, in which he’s now prepared to repair it for me too. Sam came and changed an old fuse box, he did a great job inspecting and fixing faults that showed up during the installation. After he left I realised the shower wasn't working but he came back the next day and got it fixed.

Assisted when lost power in selection of sockets, Attended through a home maintenance contract but can fault his work. Polite and informative and tidy workmanship. Gave resolution to issue with different options. Would recommend.
