I called John to help with a leaking toilet. He called to let me know when he was on his way. The job was done quickly and John clearly explained what the problem was. I asked his advice about another non urgent job and he took a look at it and told me what to do before getting the issue fixed. I will definitely get John back to fix this problem and any others that may arise. He is helpful and polite.

We called John as an emergency and he said he’d phone 10 minutes before he could arrive and he did. It’s the small things that make all the difference. The boiler was intermittent but didn’t know exactly what was wrong, John solved the issue and persevered on a Friday afternoon and early evening, to ensure we weren’t without heating. He is a great guy, explained everything to me and options. Explained the pricing and I was able to do an instant bank transfer. John turned up on time & did a quick repair of the leaking old ball cock on a water header tank in our loft. He was professional & gave us useful advice to avoid similar issues during future freezing temperatures.
