I was looking for to fit ev charger in my property and I come across Richard of South Lancs Electrical. I wasn't sure what I will need, because ev and ev charger something new to me. He reply quickly and gave me his recommendations but did not push me to buy only his products. I couldn't wait too long for installation, wanted to made it before car arrives. Ricky fitted our Zappi Ev charger . I just bought an all electric car and knew nothing about chargers . Ricky was great and explained everything very clearly and did a great installation. Very professional, friendly and just a great guy .Would highly recommend to anyone wanting an EV charger installing or just electrical work in general .

First off what a guy, Ricky provided excellent advise for someone new to EV charging. He was punctual / professional thoughtout and attains quality workmanship. Very happy with the product and overall finish. Definitely recommend and would use again!

If you're after any sort of advice on EV chargers and installs then Ricky is your man. I rang Ricky originally to get a quote based on being let down by another company back in Jan. Being nearby, Ricky promptly came to the property to do an initial audit and investigation as to whether my existing equipment was suitable - he also ran through several chargers and pointed me a reccomendation on what to have with no pressure to buy or have a specific model - he even stated I could go away and buy my own - in the end I went with the brand-new Apex charger from ProjectEV. After booking in shortly after, Ricky attended the property and it was all systems go - the install was quickly done, tested and I was shown in detail how to use the accompanying app along with a test charge to show me it fully working. Ricky's amazing service doesn't stop there though. A few days later, I thought there was a fault with the charger but even so, he was immedately responsive in having a look and even offered to come out of his way to have a look! Turns out it wasn't a fault at all. All in all, I highly reccomend Ricky. He's prompt, professional and does a cracking job looking after his clients. 5 stars.
