Contacted William by phone to ask him if he could sort my guttering. He asked for some pictures which I sent him. He gave me a date and time and turned up as promised. He quickly identified the problem and adjusted the guttering. I now got his number in my phone as it’s always good to have a roofer you can call if you have a problem with your roof! He appears to do what he says when he said he would which in this day is unusual. Update Glad I had William in my phone no. In my phone as on Thursday evening last week caught edge of mini tornado which lifted number of tiles on roof and smashed some as well. He came yesterday and sorted it all out for me. He also sorted out next door roof and guttering to another neighbour. William his so helpful if you need a roofer he definitely the one to call.

Went up on roof to clean windows and then disaster! Two tiles broke under my weight! Contacted WHS and spoke to William who just happened to be just around the corner. Must have broken a record for time from first contact to job completed. William was friendly and helpful. Great experience. Well done

I'd highly recommend William to anyone with a guttering related issue. He visited us to have a look a couple of days ago, quickly diagnosed the issue and returned today with parts to resolve it, and as I was able to see for myself today, he was spot on in what he'd suggested was the source of the problem. I'd add that he was a great communicator, got back to me really quickly after my initial message and kept me updated throughout. Added to that he was a really polite and a pleasure to deal with.

William is absolutely brilliant. Very professional and friendly from start to finish. When he came to give us a quote he got up on the ladders and took pictures of all the gutters, then showed them to me and explained what needed doing. He did the same once he had finished, took photos of everything and talked me through what he had done. His communication throughout the process will great and I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again. I plan on using his cleaning services each year to maintain our gutters. Just had some of our front guttering replaced and the rear guttering cleaned. From start to finish, the service from Will was wonderful.
