Last week my dishwasher packed up and I needed a new one as it was beyond repair. I called in to Bright ideas and spoke to Alex. He recommended a good make and model and ordered it for me. He attended today and fitted it for me. He was polite, courteous and above all very professional as it was not an easy job. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again soon as my American fridge freezer is also on its last legs. Thanks again Alex.
