When something goes wrong with a new appliance you are totally dependent on the retailer. Fortunately we chose to buy from Castleford Domestic Appliances. They were incredibly supportive and pragmatic and we now have an excellent washing machine supplied and correctly installed by them. The customer service is above and beyond. The people who deliver and install are friendly and professional. Without doubt we will go to them the next time we need to buy any electricals for the house. Chris recently went the extra mile with great customer service and support when I was dealing with the manufacturer regarding a problem while under warranty. Shortly afterwards I bought an integrated fridge from Castleford Domestic Appliances. Chris came and James the fitter did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

First class service from a family run business. Professional from start to finish. Our dish washer stopped working. My wife contacted Castleford Domestic Appliances to ask if they repaired dish washers. The very nice receptionist, who sounded very happy in her work said yes they did. She booked Adam and James to come and take a look on tuesday afternoon after 1pm. They rang before arriving to let us know they would be with us in 15 minutes. They arrived on time, assessed the job, advised the price. We agreed the price so they fixed it there and then. Two very polite professional young men. All fixed. Will definately recommend.

Absolutely first class service. Chris took my order over the phone, James and Adam arrived promptly and installed my fridge freezer at a time to suit me. Not often I come across such efficient & professional service. Highly recommend.

Excellent company - dealt with Marie for a number of years with no problems. Ordered dishwasher - installed within two days by excellent polite fitters who made sure everything working correctly and any adjustments made. Good advice from Chris and Marie on dishwashers when ordering and will be using them for any other items in the future. Highly recommend this firm.
