If I could give 20 stars, I would! Our boiler broke down on Friday evening, with temperatures outside hovering around 0 degrees. I reached out to Paul on Saturday, and by noon on Monday, we had a brand-new boiler up and running. The team did an incredibly neat and professional job. I highly recommend their services!

I'd like to thank Paul from Royal plumbing and heating who came to connect a new gas hob at fairly short notice. He did a professional job, a gas test and connection ,all without any fuss.. I would recommend this company to anyone,and he will be booked to do a gas check and service in 12 months.. Thanks... 5 star..

Paul fitted our new boiler recently and was absolutely excellent. Great communication throughout. Very neat install, quick as well so caused minimal disruption in a busy house. Left a tidy site after and disposed of all waste. Shown us through the new boiler and heating control settings before leaving and arranged warranty/gas safe certificate/building control for us. Will always use Royal for plumbing needs now, including regular boiler services going forward to keep the warranty valid on our brand new boiler.

Radiator leak spotted New Years Eve. Rang Paul and he was amazing. Super professional and couldn't do enough to help. All fixed within 48 hours. Fabulous service from James who attended. Can't thank them enough for fitting me in.

Very impressed by the extremely high standard of Paul’s work and for his complete honesty ! We had already agreed a price for a new boiler replacement by telephone but on inspecting the offending leaking boiler on the morning after my initial call Paul declared that the fault could be repaired for a fraction of the cost. His honesty and professionalism saved me a great deal of time, frustration and of course money ! I would recommend Paul without hesitation to anyone in need of his services.
