Called MDS as we had an emergency with our heating, they came out within 2 hours as promised. Full PPE mask, gloves, protective shoe covers over his boots. Came in with 10 minutes the engineer had got our heating back on temporarily till he got a new part for boiler. Returned next day with new part, fitted new part. He cleaned everything with disinfectant wipes while still wearing full PPE, handed us invoice with complete surprise only changing us for the cost of the boiler part, wouldn’t accept anything but cost of the part and nothing for labour. Thank you so much MDS for helping us, highly recommend MDS and our go to company.
