Geno was nice and friendly, really helpful with the maintenance - repainting the walls & repairing the unstable bricks and lights & repairing window frame. I can't recommend Stephen highly enough. He had done a few smaller jobs at my flat and agreed to replace the bathroom. It was a bigger job than anticipated thanks to old water damage, but he was incredibly patient, making sure that everything was repaired and finished to the highest standard. Having zero knowledge myself, I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain things and make helpful recommendations about what would work best. I was away for a few weeks and came back to a new bathroom, with everything left spotless!

Stephen is an excellent handyman. He fully renovated my bathroom and result is great. He had many good ideas to share and he was flexible to negotiate about any ideas. He has good taste and he is honest if there is something he can not do. Before this project he knocked down my front yard fence and he is absolutely reliable. I will give definitely give him some new things to do in near future.

I approached Handy Humans 18 months ago to look at the work required at my parents flat. There was mould issues in two bedrooms from a previous flood on the flat above. The work involved hacking off plaster, damp treatment, replastering and skimming one wall. The wallpaper was removed & all walls & ceilings were painted including all the woodwork. It’s a true sign of a professional job when they remove the radiator to carry out the painting. They were very understanding and patient with us in getting the work agreed with the council & insurance company. The work was carried out over two visits to allow us to install new flooring and relocate furniture between rooms. Again Handy Humans were very accommodating with this request. The work was carried out by a team of professionals who I highly recommend. I have a very demanding job & the response times via email was very impressive and Vanessa was great to deal with throughout the length process. Well done Handy Humans Andy Fleming

I have used the USH a number of times. This time they came out to quote to fix an external drainage pipework issue. The pricing was reasonable and once instructed they came out as agreed and fixed the piping. Good communications and friendly staff.

I'm working in the maintenance industry and I can tell that GSP did a lot of high quality projects around big hotels and borough councils. Nowadays it is really hard to find such a customer oriented multi task construction company which will do what you expect without any excuses. At the end I will just add that GSP have successfully done recently 3 flat roofs whithout any issues which was not an easy task due to building restricted space - 500 years old lux brand hotel at Windsor. For sure will use in future and recommend to friends!
