Josef was very helpful and responsive to our request, friendly as well. He installed a new washing machine with new pipework for cold water and a waste pipe to go to an outside drain and he did it within the afternoon. Fantastic service! Same day service in Potters bar! Josef unplugged my clogged toilet and found a serious root problem seeping into the old piping.
