We found William (Signature Blue) through a Google search for "plumber near me" recently when we had a plumbing problem which needed an urgent fix. It's easy to see why he has such great reviews - we were very happy with the service we received - very friendly and professional in every respect. The new part he fitted for us turned out to be faulty although it seemed fine initially - he returned quickly and without fuss to replace it after we reported the problem.

William is very efficient and thorough and did a great job replacing a leaking bathroom tap. Moreover, when the unit itself developed a problem some months later, he came back and replaced the tap and didn’t charge. Totally recommended!
