I’d give 7 stars if I could. The guy was fast, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the new radiator looks great. Would recommend and will be using again shortly for more work.

Ry group saved our bacon! After a gas leak we were left needing all internal pipework relaying. Daniel rejigged the calender and got an engineer out to us the next day James was amazing - nothing was a problem, everything a solution on what could have been a tricky job. He worked solidly through until 7pm. He was polite, friendly and engaging, explaining every step. Couldn't recommend them enough, would definitely use again!

We use Ry Group for plumbing and gas issues. They are reliable - they always come promptly and the work is always done to our satisfaction and I would recommend them. Recently they supplied and fitted a new boiler. I should probably add that while the boiler replacement itself is fine, I felt the finish with smears outside was disappointing. I raised this at the time but the company seemed to think this was normal.

Great service. Phoned to book an engineer to install a gas cooker on Thursday, engineer booked for 4pm Friday, turned up early. Jamie was really professional and carried out the work to a high standard. A really professional company, more than happy to add my recommendation to the others here. Many thanks
