Chris from Go Fix came and resolved a nightmare issue in my newly installed wetroom. Previous workmen had made a complete mess, but Chris diagnosed the problem had to patiently wait for parts before returning to complete the job. I've received great service compared to all the negative ones here. Customer services was really helpful. The engineer that attended today was lovely. So polite, efficient and clearly knowledgeable in the field. No awkwardness, as even managed to chat! Oh and one of the first contractors sent by my landlord that was tidy! Like no mess made whatsoever. PS: The reason for the visit was a soil stack issue. Smell has left the property minutes after he changed it.
