Richard visited my mothers today too replace very old bathroom mixer taps , After establishing it was impossible without replacing the bath which my mother did not want Richard did a fantastic job repairing the existing taps. I found Richard to be very professional, honest and showed a lot of care and concern for mum’s safety within the bathroom . I have worked with Richard and the team at Response Plumbing for many years on a number of small things. The time came for two new bathrooms at once and Richard delivered a high quality product in both. There were a few issues that Richard rectified and his attention to detail and refusal to accept lower quality made us very confident and secure in his ablity.
