Adam is professional and knowledgeable, really happy with my zappi and install quality

I recently had Adam install a mains powered set of garden lights to replace my faulty solar ones. Adam took great pains to make the work as neat as possible and went the extra mile when it came to tidying up the power supply to my water feature too! Super happy and will be recommending the services of SOTA to my friends and family!!

Adam came highly recommended and we can see why, he was very responsive and sent a detailed quote the same night. We accepted the quote and agreed a date and time for the work to be done. He turned up on time (to the minute), worked throughout the day, clearing up as he went along and checking in with us on each piece of work he'd completed to make sure we were totally happy before he moved on to the next task. He is one of the most professional tradesmen we've ever used and we are so happy with the quality and value he's delivered.

I found SOTA via YouTube, when researching EV chargers. From the onset, Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and suggested a number of options for my home. He explained these clearly so I could make an informed decision, then ordered all the equipment ready for the installation. He kept me up to date throughout. When it came to the day of the install, he arrived on time and did an amazing job. He was considerate and his attention to detail was excellent. I had the option of a cheap EV charger with my new vehicle, but chose SOTA over this for all the reasons above. Adam did not disappoint and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
