Andy responded to my phone call immediately, arrived within the hour and stayed until he found the problem and fixed it. A professional, friendly and conscientious electrician. Andy was brilliant, he was very knowledgable and ensured we were able to make an informed decision without tying to upsell anything. He took our lifestyles into account when advising on the proposed work (whole house rewire). He managed our expectations and carried out the work to a high standard. Andy came to fit 2 new lights and extractor fan in loft. He noticed that my old wiring had no grounding and couldn't fit the solid metal lights. He suggested I get double insulated ones, which I did. He came back to fit them and the extractor fan. Andy stayed until he got the timer right on it and that I was happy with everything. Fair price and good manners throughout as well.
