Absolutely 1st class service from Josh. Had three heating emergencies, two needing call outs and one that was dealt with through step by step phone instruction. Such a professional and pleasant man, the jobs were carried out efficiently and cleanly. He was recommended by my neighbor, who also had nothing but good things to say. Absolutely use him again and recommend.
