Central heating pump on the blink, late Saturday afternoon so I left a message. As this had happened before I knew what to do - as the approved by the lovely Craig. Rachel rang me this morning, Craig turned up later that morning. He reassured me it was okay especially for the systems age. Nothing but praise for them.

A reliable company who do good work. All staff that we have dealt with have been pleasant and helpful. They put in a new bathroom and have done various other plumbing jobs. We highly recommend them.

Asked for a boiler quote on the Tuesday and Marc rallied up to troops to work on the Saturday to get it installed for us as we were without hot water. This is the second time Marc and his team have come to my rescue and each time the job has been priced very fairly, the lads have been polite and respectful and not left a trace of mess or rubbish behind.

Excellent company. Have done quite a bit of work for us over the last few months. Mark and the whole team including the receptionists and engineers have been very friendly, polite, and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They were very accommodating, and all the work was carried out to a very high standard. Can highly recommend this company, and we will definitely be using them again.

New boiler installed the following day, engineers knowledgeable and polite, office team a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
