John was prompt, professional and very hard working. He has just changed our radiators to more modern ones plus changed two taps. He is very focused on doing a good job and giving you a great service. Am delighted we have found a local plumber who is great at his job. Will be using again for our plumbing issues.

John also managed to replace the flooring during the job due to unexpected extensive damage from the leak. He will only install trusted bathroom products to ensure no problems down the line. He was polite, efficient and keeps things tidy.
