I reached out to EICR Electrical Leeds for remedial works following an EICR report, along with additional tasks like installing a new living room socket and replacing a pull-light switch in the bathroom. As a new landlord, Tom and his team completed my EICR check and all the necessary work required to ensure my electrics were safe and secure and passed the necessary standards. I contacted this company who got back to me straight away to arrange an electrical safety survey. They kept in touch throughout. Tom and Sean came to do the survey, they arrived early and gave an absolutely first class service. Tom even sorted a couple of minor issues with no charge.
