Whole heartedly the best builder we have taken on!! We took on James for our en-suite loft conversion. He handled the entirety of the project with no issues. He is very knowledgable and friendly and even came back to help us when we had a manufacturing issue for the shower door!! We would always recommend James to our family and friends as the finish of his work is amazing and he doesn’t cut any corners in getting every last bit done.

From the very beginning of the process James has been excellent. His communication has been brilliant. He got us a quote very quickly and followed up all queries about it promptly. He was able to start work quickly and work very efficiently to get the job done to a high standard. We went on holiday during the work being done and we felt more than comfortable to leave our key with James. He explained the work clearly so we knew what was being done and that it was to a high standard. He took pictures of the process so we could be sure that the work was done to a high standard. As we were away during the process he has agreed to come and fit a light fixture we weren’t able to choose before hand free of charge. The house was left clean and back to its original state after he had finished. We are so happy we have already requested quotes for smaller jobs we would like doing as his work is so professional. I don’t think we will need to look any further for a plaster/painter/decorator/plumber/tiler.
