Jack and Sam provided a fantastic service. Having recently had our 1970s semi re-wired, we had the Plasterer's booked in, with little thought to the plumbing. As a result of acquiring a kitchen, it accelerated our plans to upgrade the kitchen, too. We approached Butch's Plumbing with little time and little understanding of house renovation. Jack was incredibly patient, discussing options and trying to suitably advise our circumstances. Quote was provided in writing, and a start date allocated. Leading up to the day, Jack provided an arrival time, and work commenced. Jack and Sam worked diligently and professionally within a challenging space (during half-term with us, the dog, and the kids in the home). Butch's plumbing, completed within the predicted timescale, left the property in great condition and promptly responded to any follow-up snagging. In addition to the works commissioned to undertake, Jack also highlighted how a different contractor (which had relocated gas meters on most of my road) had incorrectly fitted the meter, undermining it's safety. Jack voluntarily committed to contacting them to rectify. As a professional tradesperson myself, it's always great to experience when other trades strive to provide a professional solution that you might yourself. Butch's plumbing provided a great all-round professional service, which was reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Renovations are stressful enough without the addition of managing tradespeople. Butch's plumbing are more than tradespeople, their professionals. Great work, guys!
