I contacted HPS due to needing a new boiler fitted as ours was broke and didn't have and heating or hot water. They quickly came out to inspect to provide a quote within about 1 hour after contacting them. The next day I had accepted their quote which was reasonably priced and was scheduled in the following day for work to commence asap due to cold weather. The team arrived on time, was well mannered and friendly. Once the new boiler and flue were fitted, they ran thorough tests to ensure it was operating correctly and checked all radiators. I was given a run through of the boiler and smart controls. They left the house tidy and clean, you would have never of noticed they were here! Honestly the guys were great and communication from start to finish was great. I won't use anybody else but HPs going forward. I highly recommended. Thanks guys, much appreciate your work.

Just had my first visit from H at HPS to check over my boiler. Great guy with excellent communication skills. Answered all my random boiler and heating questions whilst he went about his job. H gave my boiler a thorough safety check and advised me on heat settings to run efficiently and economically. Will definitely recommend and use HPS again.

My boiler packed up I rang hps engineer he come on time and discussed it not worth spending money on the old boiler and give me a estimate for a new boiler supply and fittings very happy with the price and fitted in one day every good engineers who fitted and the HPS always on the phone the best company I recommend to family and friends thanks

HPS came highly recommended and did not disappoint. From the start to finish of the job they were polite, efficient and considerate. Safety being a key issue at all times. We will definitely be using this company again.

Excellent professional and friendly service. Our boiler needed fixing during the Christmas holiday. Hannan came out quickly to assess the problem and was back to fix things for us as soon as the parts were available. We would definitely recommend
